The Association is actively working to try and bring about improvements in the system so that all families are satisfied with the outcome of their inquest and have confidence that it uncovered the truth. We also believe that families need to be properly supported throughout.
There have been some positive stories and many next of kin have been very satisfied with the whole process. We can learn from these as well as from the ones where families feel it has not gone well.
